The interest about Neda el Món has already reached Ourense!

This morning Món Neda was presented at the conference "Organization and Development of sporting events: The keys to success" organized by the Faculty of Business and Tourism at the Ourense Campus, of the University of Vigo.

The participants at the conference have already shown interest in the 1st crossing that Neda el Món is organizing in Galicia, the 1st Combarro - Illa de Tambo, Poio (Pontevedra), next July 27th.

This week we reached a round figure! Since January 2013, 1,000 ISHOF Swim the World buoys accompany swim addicts from all Europe on their open water workouts and trainings.

We are glad to announce the agreement of collaboration between Sural and Neda el Món.

Neda Món and our partner NutriExper are organizing a sports supplements workshop in which attendees will get information about the nutritional aspects and impacts of different energy supplements in endurance sports (gels, bars, jellies, beverages hypo, iso and hypertonic, etc. . ) and how it affects the athletes' performance.

It will be on Saturday, March 29th at 12:00 h , in the Bernat Picornell Pools' sports facilities.

The workshop, which will last 2 hours, will be as follows:

• Delivery to the attendees of different energy products samples.
• Evaluation and analysis of each of the products delivered and its impact on sport.
• Learn when it will be suitable ingesting a supplement or another and the timing : training , pre-competition, competition and recovery.
• Learn how should we do the product testing to observe tolerance depending on the difficulty, intensity, duration of exercise.
• Tasting and opinions on each of the products (taste , texture , digestibility, etc. ).
• Question time.
