The fourth edition of the Neda el Món Training Camp is just around the corner!

During the three days of the Training Camp, we will try to find some norms which allow the swimmers to learn how to improve their specific techniques as well as their physical condition. We will try to get as close as possible to reach their personal aims for the 2017 season. In order to improve their performance, we will also have a look at other important aspects of preparation for such a challenge, like injury prevention and specific nutrition.

Coordinated by the Neda el Món Club technical staff. With accomodation in a double room and all meals included for only 195 €!
