This edition of the Rhodes Marmaris was brutal. In absolutely all categories the record was set: 

• Luis Moya (ESP) in the men's absolute with neoprene (4h 49min), just one day after Pau Domec (ESP) broke the Rhodes Marmaris time trial (5h 20min)
• Anna Aleksandrova (LAT) women's absolute without wetsuit (5h 26min)
• Begoña Gil (ESP) women's absolute with neoprene (5h 26min)
• Konstantin Glushkov (RUS) in men's without wetsuit (5h 49min)

15 more swimmers, up to a total of 20 crossed in this edition of the crossing from Europe to Asia: Raul Torres (ESP, 5h 22min), Karolis Kupcikas (LIT, 5h 26min), Xabier Arteche (ESP, 5h 26min), Xavier Casero (ESP, 5h 26min), Martin Sanz (ESP, 5h 27min), Dmitriy Budkov (KAZ, 5h 29min), Richard Dacoury (FRA, 5h 31min), Meery-Kaya Kühne (GER, 5h 33min without wetsuit), Renate Sumska (LAT, 5h 33min), Andrei Dolzhenko (RUS, 5h 33min), Guoda Naujoke (LIT, 7h 11min), Howard Cooper (FRA, 7h 11min), Kristupas Saikus (LIT, 7h 13min), Irina Dell (GER, 7h 13min) and Ekaterina Chernysheva (RUS, 7h 13min).
