On Friday July 26th we made it again in the Strait of Bonifacio! In 3 years, we did 35 successes from 35 attempts. Insuperable!

On this occasion, two Mexican swimmers Pablo Padilla and Enrique Sobrado completed this spectacular crossing. Pablo needed 5 hours and 10 minutes to swim 13.9km, and Enrique 5 hours and 46 minutes to swim 14.2km. Both have left Capo Pertusato (Corsica) and have arrived at Caletta di Punta Falcone (Sardinia). The two Mexican swimmers registered for the challenge through On Travel Agency, the travel agency specializing in experiences. Thanks once again to Lo Squalo Bianco for providing your boats and espacially your professionality!

The second group of the Bonifacio Strait Crossing by Neda el Món & ZOGGS will attack the challenge in the last week of September 2024. You still have time! Like the Strait of Gibraltar, the Strait of Bonifacio has become one of the great challenges for open water swimmers in recent years. You have all the information here.
